Apex Beard Co. is a small batch company who hand-makes, draws, scents, labels, pours, packages, and designs every product available to you. We believe small batch companies are the heart and soul of the beard community, just as small businesses are the heart of America.
We only use USDA Fair trade certified ingredients in our products, and we believe we have unique and exciting products and character ideas—coming your way.
Ok. Second: Why start a beard company?
Alright, let’s keep this simple. My name is Dylan. I am the owner and creator of Apex Beard Co. I enjoy DIY, taking care of my beard, and more than anything I have dreamed of escaping the 9-5 gruel. I have had character artwork and scent ideas for characters since I started really getting into the beard scene. Also, while there are many great companies, there didn’t seem to be anyone doing many of the scents I wanted to see. For all of these reasons, starting a company and giving it a go seemed like a natural fit. Plus my butter is so good your beard will weep. I’m hoping Apex Beard Co. will flourish enough to allow me the flexibility to have a great work life balance, be creative, and provide my daughters and wife the life they deserve. Corn Born
Apex Beard Co. is a Central Illinois born company. This means that we are mostly corn born, corn bred, and corn powered. Honestly though, our facility is surrounded by corn. Like right now. Gulp.
We love Mountains
Here at Apex Beard Co, we love the mountains, and we believe everyone is climbing a mountain pretty much all the time. We want to help you (especially your beard,) reach life’s peaks and drink them in. Then pick a new mountain and take it head on. Corny? Sorry, we come by it naturally (see previous slide)
Honesty
Ok, jokes aside, in our extensive research, one thing that came up is people are tired of gimmicky sales and tricks and mirrors. We want your input as much as possible, and have a hard time looking you in the eye if we’re charging you 30 times what it took to make something. We want to be honest and fair, and one of the main reasons for our "across the board pricing." Help us be the company you envision.
